- What’s up in Taiwan.
And some video podcasts:

- MacTV Videocast
- Rocketboom
Most of them are updated daily except for Wait Wait, Security Now, tWiT, What’s up in Taiwan, and MacTV. Those are weekly podcasts.
I would strongly recommand Wait Wait, What’s up in Taiwan, and Democracy Now.
