Travelocity Incident Update 1

It has been a week since I first sent the email to Travelocity’s Consumer Relations, but besides the acknowledgement email I got from them, I haven’t heard anything.  If they ever decide to write back to me, it will be the longest response I have ever seen from any company.

Thought 1:  Is their Consumer Relations also based in India?

Thought 2:  Should I respond this to Better Business Bureau?
