Three weeks has gone by, and I have finally received the first response their consumer relations sent out. They just wanted my ticket number and trip number.
Now I wonder how much longer I have to wait for the second response.

It has been a week since I first sent the email to Travelocity’s Consumer Relations, but besides the acknowledgement email I got from them, I haven’t heard anything. If they ever decide to write back to me, it will be the longest response I have ever seen from any company.
