Personally, I wouldn't use it to watch movies unless I could somehow load downloaded movies onto it. I'm not going to shell out money for a movie on UMD format when its the same price on DVD. I would primarily use it for gaming, and if the games are just run of the mill boring games (Madden 2012, WipeOut XL37KJD, Boring-Ass Grand Prix, etc) then I'll pass. Nintendo DS has Katamari coming, as well as Animal Crossing DS which you'll be able to play online. Best of all, "Touch! Kirby's Magic Paintbrush" looks like its going to be the best game in terms of gameplay since Yoshi's Island.
