I know that Google would release a mapping service, and I know it will own all other mapping services, but what they did was way more awesome than what I have expected.
An uber turbo fast, smoother map-drag, local shop searches with pinpoints and links, and a total clean interface. Would be nice if they can incorporate the address with personal account, much like what they did with google groups.
The driving instruction is also fasinating. Map on the left side, with direction on the right bar, with clickable notes on turns and such.
