Yes indeed. A few developers/beta testers of Wordpress has noticed that the new Wordpress beta is labeled 1.5, where it was widely known as 1.3. Apparently the main developer thinks that too many changes and improvements have been made, and decided to jump into 1.5, skipping 1.4.
