My cousin, brother, Sammy, and I went back to Hood River to spend time with my uncle and aunt. The entire trip was relaxing and filled with food. For the first time my aunt make turkey, with a slight modification of sticky rice stuffing, which was totally awesome. On top of that we had hot pot as a winter feast.
Sadly sidenote though, the orchard will most likely be sold by the end of this year or the beginning of next year, which will conclude my uncle and aunt’s American journey. So those of you who wants to ski in December, free room and food will only be offered this year.
