So if the voting tomorrow turns out to be a tie, electorial vote of 269:269, then there will be no immediate winner of the presidency. The president will then be decided by the senate, and vice president will be decided by the house of rep. However, if there are even number of republicans and democrats in senate, then there will be no winner to the president, and since there are more democrat members in the house, thus Edwards will most be likely to be choosing as the vice president, and become the acting president.
Another interesting combination will be Bush + Edwards, in the case of senate choose Bush and house of rep choose Edwards. But either way, how would the US citizens think about a government elected president / v.p.?
