					<description>Well, I know that at least twice Mexican atheletes have been disqualified for some misterious mistakes made when nobody could see them except the judge since they were running and they ran under an overpass.  I find it somewhat suspicious that this has supposedly happened more than once in the same type of situation... but we can never know what really happened.</description>
